Things that are True

The sense that you are real and separate from all else in the Universe is an illusion created in your brain so that this life can be known.

All experience is connected to and originates in the body. When the body ceases to exist, who you think you are also ceases to exist.

If you want to be satisfied with what you have, you cannot allow yourself to ever experience anything better.

Free will is an illusion. All choices come from how we perceive things at the moment of choice. Change only occures when that perception is altered by our experience of things as other than how we thought them to be.

Love is just a four letter word that can mean anything from ‘you are the way I want you to be’ to ‘I will do whatever I can to help you realize whatever potential you were born with to experience this life fully’.

This life ia a dream that who you really are is having and the awakening from this dream is where true bliss is to be found.

Without suffering there is no awakening, there is only an endless searching for another moment of desirelessness.

The only way to avoid having to suffer the consequences is to not play the game.

If you believe in what is not true, then your actions can only be contrary to the way of things.

Before we can awaken, we must be asleep. In order to find our way home, we must first be lost and in search of clues we must surely have left behind.
