Simply Put

Out of nothing something is born.

The one becomes two

and the universe comes into being.

It changes and evolves over time

in such a way that the stage is set

for an organism to be born

that is self aware.

This organism in place,

the universe has what it needs

to experience itself

and to eventually come to know

the transcendence

of this illusory separateness.

To experience the two becoming one.

And what is the point of any of this ?

Think about the best experience

you have ever known in this life.

Now imagine this experience

as but a drop in the ocean

compared to the experience of

self realization,

and you will have the answer.
